Christmas Cake Ingredients

* 1 1/2 cups raisins
* 1 cup red and green sugar coated cherries
* 3/4 cup dates, hollowed and slashed
* 3/4 cup sugar coated pineapple, diced
* 3/4 cup slashed nuts
* 1/2 cup chipped coconut
* 3 cups universally handy flour
* 1 teaspoon baking powder
* 1/2 teaspoon salt
* 1 cup margarine
* 1 1/4 cups white sugar
* 1 teaspoon lemon zing
* 4 eggs
* 2 teaspoons lemon juice

Christmas Cake Instructions

1. Most importantly Preheat stove to 300 degrees F (150 degrees C). Line a cylinder skillet with 2 layers of earthy colored paper, and oil well.
2. And afterward in an enormous bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt. Blend in raisins, dates, cherries, pineapple, nuts, and coconut. Mix until everything organic product is covered.
3. Next in one more enormous bowl, cream the spread or margarine with the white sugar. Add lemon skin, lemon squeeze, and eggs; blend well. Mix in organic product combination. Spread player into arranged container.
